Charity Ledger

Privacy

Last updated 3 September 2026

This page describes what the Charity Ledger website collects. It does not describe the Charity Ledger application, which runs on a separate address, holds a charity's own records under a separate agreement, and has its own statement of how that data is handled.

This website

The site is static. It sets no cookies, runs no scripts, and uses no analytics. The web server keeps ordinary access logs (the address a request came from, the page requested, the time, and the browser's stated type) for security and fault-finding, and rotates them after a short period. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives the request for the font files in the ordinary way.

Enquiries

If you write to us, or use the contact form on the Modcoms website, we keep your message and our replies for as long as we are in conversation, and afterwards for as long as an ordinary business record is kept. We use what you send us to answer you and for nothing else. We do not add you to a mailing list.

Who we are

Charity Ledger is built and supported by Modcoms Limited, Belfast, and is part of the Fruitful family of products. Questions about this statement, or a request to see or delete what we hold about you, go to hello@modcoms.com.
